How do I earn a bonus? 

When you buy or sell a home through the Cloud Real Estate and our LeadingRE Heroes program, you’ll receive a credit or rebate* based on the actual sales price – not a fixed amount based on a range of values – and you’ll receive your rebate at settlement! Use the calculator to see what your average credit or bonus will be at closing. 

Who is eligible? 

Eligibility is determined at the local level and includes:  active duty military, retired military, Department of Defense contract workers, first responders, and educators.
